A small town's TV station is preparing to record a show about the city's revolutionary memories on Christmas Eve, which is also the anniversary of the revolution. The story begins in the morning, with the station manager preparing for the recording. One of the guests, Manescu, a history teacher, has just woken up from a hangover and immediately starts borrowing money to supplement his salary, for which he even apologizes to a Chinese man whom he had insulted while drunk the night before. Another guest, Piscu, lives alone after retirement and is invited by his neighbor to dress up as Santa Claus, to which he happily agrees. As per the agreed time, the recording begins. Manescu recounts the revolutionary events of Romania’s revolution day, but several viewers call in to refute his points, claiming he is lying. The atmosphere on set becomes lively with debate. What conclusion will emerge from this small TV station's discussion of the great revolution?
