Nowadays, these children are entering society, but the uniqueness of their historical context has shaped their personalities to be distinctly different from their predecessors, leading them to face numerous challenges. The utterly uncompetitive office worker Masaaki Sakama (played by Masaki Okada) is tormented by his irresponsible junior; elementary school teacher Kazutaka Yamaji (played by Tori Matsuzaka) has fallen for an intern, which brings many troubles; and Aito Dohashi (played by Yuuya Yagira), who roams the streets, is a seasoned repeat student failing to pass the university entrance exams. Driven by fate, these three young individuals cross paths. They discuss love, friendship, workplace dynamics, and interpersonal relationships as they work hard for their respective lives. The label of the Relaxed Generation is firmly attached to this group of young people, and they must strive to achieve their dreams for the future...
