After taking office under a heavy burden, Chen Shihao infused vitality into the Kunlun regiment with new ideas, but he also faced numerous obstacles. Undeterred, Chen Shihao appointed platoon leader Li Baocheng, who had been disciplined for surfing the internet, and united with Cheng Jianguo to finally regain the rapid response unit qualification. In the mission assigned by superiors to deliver supplies to the affected people and soldiers during an earthquake, Li Baocheng sacrificed his young life.
