Shanghai has always been a hub for foreign investment enterprises, home to foreigners from various countries. Thus, a new demand for foreign-related nannies emerged in Shanghai. Due to the cultural differences between the East and West, these nannies often face many frictions and clashes in their employers' homes. This film tells the stories of the bittersweet experiences of foreign-related nannies in foreign families. Qiaoyun (played by Wu Yufang) used to be an office worker at a state-owned enterprise but lost her job due to the company's restructuring. Just as she was facing unemployment, her husband cheated on her and left, leaving Qiaoyun with the burden of supporting the family. Through introductions, Qiaoyun became a nanny in the home of an American couple, Mr. and Mrs. Moore. Their mischievous son, Frank, constantly tries to make things difficult for her. The laid-off worker Wu Genxing (played by Yang Kun) has a fiery personality and started working as a nanny in the home of a Hong Kong boss, Mrs. Huang, who is actually a mistress and hard to please due to her sharp and merciless nature. Another worker, Xiangcao (played by Ding Danni), works as a nanny for Mexican botanist Rachel, who, although kind and enthusiastic, is very principled, leading to frequent arguments between them…
