A Chinese hospital located in Southeast Asia experiences a series of deaths among tumor patients and mysterious disappearances of doctors, prompting police to suspect the hospital's previous illegal use of the internationally banned cancer drug, KEE. The hospital's chairman, Ying Yuhua, tries to turn the crisis around, but the tangled and underhanded forces within the hospital make it difficult for him to act. However, the journey is fraught with danger, and Chunliang faces numerous attempts on his life.
