Young web designer Tao Kan (played by Lu Yi) meets Liu Cuiyun (played by Jiang Hong) during a competition. Tao, who usually has a gentle personality, can't help but bicker with the quirky Cuiyun; their competitive spirits leave a lasting impression on each other. Tao's friends He Jialin (played by Chen Haomin) and Yang Huimin (played by Ye Xuan) come from Hong Kong to Shanghai with the determination to strive hard and start a youth online sales company, eagerly inviting Tao to join them. Unable to refuse their warm invitation, Tao inevitably joins his friends in their entrepreneurial journey. Destiny has its own plans; the youth online sales company is located right next to the real estate company where Liu Cuiyun works. They see each other frequently and have overlapping design projects, leading to more interactions. Tao discovers Cuiyun's kind and generous side. When he acknowledges his feelings, he realizes that Cuiyun has many excellent suitors, including a skateboard boy, the lively and cute Zhou Wei (played by Tong Dawei), and the manager of a jewelry company, Lu Naisheng (played by Zheng Jiaying). However, the enthusiastic Wei finds that the person he truly cares about is his private teacher, and he is working hard to find an opportunity to confess, trying to overcome her distaste for age-gap relationships. The youth online sales company encounters problems, and Jialin wants to spare Huimin from worry, choosing to bear everything himself, yet Huimin, who came to Shanghai for Jialin, is frustrated that he still doesn't understand her feelings. Even with the internet providing quick ways to communicate, the sentiments between people still need to be conveyed properly.
