In Donghai City, a series of murders have been committed by gangs fighting over territory and drug formulas. Detective Lei, who has just been transferred back to his hometown of Donghai City, is involved in investigating a shooting case, and his colleague is his former lover, the core member of the criminal investigation team, Shen Ting.
