This drama tells the story of a group of young swimmers striving tirelessly to pursue their swimming careers. Shen Yi (played by Zhou Xiaoan) is hired as the coach of a university swimming team by advisor Gong Naomei (played by Zeng Kaiyan). During training, Shen Yi identifies the problems faced by the team members and helps them solve these issues through unique methods, fully tapping into their potential and motivating them to achieve their dreams.
