Ian Gray is a PhD student in molecular biology, specializing in the evolution of the eye. At a party, he encounters a mysterious masked woman, and guided by the memory of the beautiful eyes of the girl, he finds her, and they fall in love. Despite their completely different fundamental beliefs about life, it does not affect their feelings at all.
