Watt (Teeradetch Metawarayut) is a star in the spotlight, and is in a romantic relationship with a model named Ginny (Pichukkana Wongsarattanasin). One day, Watt is involved in a car accident due to reckless driving and falls into a coma after sustaining severe injuries, and is sent to the hospital.
