The renowned manga artist Yuki Otagaki, famous for sci-fi works like "Moonlight Journey" and "Mobile Suit Gundam: Thunder of the Cosmos," brings together talents from Japan and abroad to create an original sci-fi epic that is not to be missed. Masahiro Kawamori, known for designing iconic mechs including those from the "Macross" series, along with Kiyotaka Oshiyama, who designed demons in "Devilman," both lend their talents to mech design. The ice-covered planet Coldfoot is rich in energy and serves as the home to a precious ore called "sig." On the surface, this planet appears to be a crime-free utopia, but in reality, prisoners are used for grueling sig mining work. Jim is a young prison guard who responds to a sudden mining accident and discovers a mysterious creature attacking humans.
