October of the 63rd year of Showa. A country where most of the railways have been lost due to significant line closures—Japan. Kyushu, Kumamoto Prefecture, Oichiya City. In order to revitalize the severely weakened economy, the city successfully promoted tourism featuring the steam locomotive 8620 and its Rail Road, Hachiroku, becoming a sacred place for railway revival. To further boost the momentum for recovery and foster exchange among railway operators and Maitetsu nationwide, the city plans to hold the 'First Maitetsu Festival.' The humanoid modules for controlling railway vehicles, known as "Rail Roads," gather from all over the country, accompanied by their respective masters. Inspired by the daily meetings of the humans, these female characters feel enthusiastic and want to contribute, organizing the "Rail Road Summit" centered around the famous Rail Road "Suzushiro." They gather at "Cafe Amiro" in front of the station to brainstorm and add more color to the "Maitetsu Festival."
