Kanji Yakutani (voiced by Aoi Toyosaki) is a modern Japanese pharmaceutical researcher who, by a stroke of fate, is reincarnated into another world as Farma, the son of a renowned court pharmacist family. This is a world where both pharmacy and technology are behind modern times, but here, Kanji gains a magical power unique to this world. Therefore, Kanji decides to use his newfound abilities and his pharmacological knowledge from his original world to correct the misconceptions about treatment methods and drug preparation that exist in this world. During this process, Kanji encounters his father's top disciple, Erano (voiced by Reina Ueda), and Charlotte (voiced by Kaede Hondo), who serves the family alongside his mother.
