The story takes place in a kingdom called Natra, where Prince Wein (voiced by Saito Souma) finally has to take on the heavy responsibility of governing the entire country after his father falls ill. Natra is far too weak, suffering daily bullying and invasion from surrounding strong nations. Wein neither has enough money to manage internal affairs nor sufficient military power to invade and plunder resources from other countries. Gradually, talented individuals within the country have drifted away to other nations. Wein's greatest wish is to sell off his own country and live a leisurely life. Alongside him are his aide Ninym (voiced by Takahashi Rie) and the kingdom's princess Frein (voiced by Senbongi Sakura), who support him, but even so, the current workload is overwhelming for Wein. “As long as he can please the great powers, he can achieve his dream of selling this country,” and thus begins the story of the weak prince managing his nation.
