Tokisaki Tooru (voiced by Yoshimasa Hosoya) is the second-in-command of the Sakurazuki group. In his life, there is only one way to solve problems, which is through violence. Therefore, Tokisaki is also referred to as the "Demon of the Sakurazuki Group." One day, Tokisaki receives a very special task—taking care of the group leader's only daughter, Sakurazuki Yaeka (voiced by Misaki Watada).
