Maiharu Yumi (voiced by Ueda Reina) is a cute girl who has just entered high school. Although she greatly desires to ride her bicycle to school, in reality, Yumi cannot ride a bike. Akizuki Tsubasa (voiced by Hirose Yuki) is Yumi's childhood friend, and to help her achieve her dream, Tsubasa decides to teach Yumi how to ride a bicycle.
