The divine realm consists of three kingdoms: the Kingdom of Heaven, the Kingdom of Earth, and the Kingdom of Water. Among them, the emperor of the Kingdom of Water possesses the power to rule over all three kingdoms, and he holds a jade seal made from three divine stones, symbolizing his supreme status. In the blink of an eye, the emperor has reigned for three thousand years, and one day, red water suddenly emerges in the Kingdom of Water, signaling the birth of a new emperor. Habaek, the water god (played by Nam Joo-hyuk), and his servant Nam Soo-ri come down to the human world to search for the scattered divine stones and their three guardians.
