This drama is the first Korean drama filmed within the National Intelligence Service. After Lee Soo-hyun (Lee Joon-gi) loses his mother to the Thai criminal organization "Blue Gang," he is adopted by NIS official Kang Jong-ho (Lee Ki-woo), and together with Jong-ho's biological son, Kang Min-ki (Jung Kyung-ho), they become NIS agents. Soo-hyun is haunted by nightmares from his past in Thailand due to the ongoing war with the "Blue Gang," which leads to the failure of his official mission. NIS official Minister Jung proposes a plan to infiltrate the "Blue Gang" as Soo-hyun spirals into chaos.
