Dr. Ishikawa Gen (played by Ishigaki Ken), who returned triumphantly from Kansas, USA, is hired at Innocent Tower Hospital. However, what greets him is not the typical scene of doctors saving lives, but rather a chaotic situation where the on-duty doctor is absent and patients are left unattended.
