Asako (Yoshino Kimura) works as the head nurse at the upscale facility Seventh Star Town, where wealthy elderly people are spending their final days of life in elegance. For Asako, who lives modestly while taking care of her mother, it is a world far removed from her own. Satsuki (Saki Takaoka), who works at the same facility, also cares for her parents, and her colleague Kuniko (Keiko Horiuchi) is facing family problems regarding her father's care.
