In the early 17th century, unidentified flying objects appeared over Korea, beginning a legendary connection that lasted for four hundred years. Fast forward to contemporary times, the alien who arrived on Earth years ago now lives among ordinary people in Korea as a university professor named Do Min-joon (played by Kim Soo-hyun). With a comet set to approach Earth in three months, this alien who has been stranded on Earth for four hundred years will finally be able to return home.
