The son of the police chief, Lee Menglong (played by Jae-hee), transfers from Seoul to a high school in Namwon, North Jeolla Province. Upon arriving, he encounters a misunderstanding with the top student, Cheng Chunxiang (played by Han Chae-young). This initiates a winding and romantic comedy between the two. One day, Menglong inadvertently drinks some alcohol thinking it was a beverage, which leads to him sharing a bed with Chunxiang, and they are caught by both parents. Consequently, this news spreads throughout the school, and under pressure, they are forced to get engaged, with Chunxiang moving in with Menglong to help him with his studies.
