On a small island, there is a cheap assassin who can disguise himself as anything, named Wu Liuqi. Wu Liuqi usually appears to be a barber, but secretly, he is in the assassin business. He loves the hairdressing profession, enjoys cutting hair, and is skilled with scissors—his scissors are also his assassination weapon. As he is new to the assassin trade, his services are quite cheap, leading him to receive a series of bizarre assassination tasks.
