One day, a group of sky ninjas utilizing wind techniques launched an aerial attack on the Land of Fire, resulting in countless casualties among civilians and ninjas. The situation is critical. According to Lady Tsunade, these unwelcome guests are the Sky Group, who were defeated during the Second Ninja War and have now returned seeking revenge. Kakashi (voiced by Kazuhiko Inoue) and others are tasked with scouting the Sky Group's lair, while Naruto (voiced by Junko Takeuchi), Sakura (voiced by Chie Nakamura), and Hinata (voiced by Nana Mizuki) are assigned to form a three-person medical team to assist the renowned medic Shin'ō (voiced by Unshō Ishizuka) in treating the injured in his apprentice Yuru's hometown.
