An OVA adaptation of Takashi Yamamoto's school gag violence manga "Final Teacher." It was screened about a month and a half earlier than its release as a simultaneous showing with "Legend of the Galactic Heroes." Three years after a humanoid cockroach escaped from a genetic engineering laboratory, the newly assigned teacher at the "Private Teio Academy," known as the worst in Kanto, is Kaba Hachi, who is actually the fused human-cockroach. In an attempt to subdue all the notorious students of the academy, Hachi plots to punish the beautiful class president, Hinako Shiratori. Hachi intends to start a dress code inspection and expose her underwear; however, to his surprise, Hinako is wearing bloomers. This incident gradually causes the boys who admired Hinako to change sides to support Hachi, resulting in her being so shocked that she stops attending school. Will the academy be at the mercy of Hachi? One highlight of this work is that Naoto Takenaka, who is beginning to emerge as a unique actor, delivers an outrageous performance as Hachi.
