Continuation of the story from the third part of Firepower Youth King. A year later, during the summer vacation, the yo-yo association is set to form the first elite yo-yo team in China’s history. As a result, competitors from all over gather at the Firepower Training Base in Jinsha Bay, YunGang City. Among them are Yao Jie, Guo Rui, Yan Qing, and others, while He Ma, who dreams of joining the elite team without having received any notification, and Yao Jie's fan Lin Lin also come along. At the training base, Yao Jie and others meet many skilled players from the Flying Eagle team, including He Shun and Andy. The former editor-in-chief of the "Hello, Yo-Yo!" magazine at Silver Beach, Tang, has been appointed the leader of the elite team. The renowned iron-fisted coach, Yang Zhenjun, known for his strict methods, is also summoned to take charge. As soon as the skilled players arrive at the Firepower Base, they are met with a stern warning from head coach Yang Zhenjun. After an unexpected preliminary elimination round, many players leave the team, and Yao Jie experiences an unexpected elimination followed by surprising inclusion into the team. Yang Zhenjun informs everyone that in two months there will be a major PK competition, and only the top three individual winners will officially become members of the elite team and participate in future international events. Intense training and fierce competition ensue, as coach Yang Zhenjun appears to be intentionally challenging his players, with training sessions that are quite strange. He constantly uses various so-called iron-fisted training methods to ‘test’ and ‘torture’ them: emergency gatherings at midnight, extreme physical training, wilderness survival, endurance training, etc., leaving the team members in despair, voicing their grievances, yet Yang Zhenjun remains unfazed, insisting that anyone unwilling to train or who complains can leave the elite team immediately. Yao Jie befriends a staff member at the fast-food restaurant outside the training camp—Yang Fan, and they become good friends. Meanwhile, there are repeated incidents outside the training base involving masked skilled players harassing the training team; these individuals are exceptional yo-yo talents, attacking fiercely using various bizarre moves, causing the training team to suffer continuous defeats and bringing their morale down. During an encounter where a teammate is entangled in a fight with a masked opponent, Yao Jie finally intervenes, only to find that the lead masked female player possesses exceptional skills. Just when it seems evenly matched, another masked person helps Yao Jie out of the situation... Unexpectedly, the two masked experts outside the training camp come to join the selection, with the leading masked female, Shang Fangrong, presenting a notification from the association, revealing they are also candidates for this selection, which causes strong dissatisfaction among the players, but coach Yang Zhenjun claims this is part of his plan. As the players remain confused, the masked person who helped Yao Jie arrives, revealing that he is actually Yang Fan from the fast-food restaurant, and he also produces notification from the yo-yo association, making Yao Jie and others very happy, but coach Yang Zhenjun leaves looking very displeased. Later, it is revealed that Shang Fangrong and Yang Fan were former teammates in the Fire Dragon team, and Yang Zhenjun was also the coach of the Fire Dragon team. Years ago, Yang Fan stormed out due to Yang Zhenjun stopping him from practicing the Firepower dance, but even more surprisingly, Yang Zhenjun turns out to be Yang Fan’s real uncle... Assistant coach Roland, with the support of the association's president, prepares to launch a new project called 'Firepower Dance', combining street dance with yo-yo skills. Roland invites a street dance coach to train everyone, but faces obstruction from head coach Yang Zhenjun, leading to conflict between the two. The association invites an 'International Professional Yo-Yo Performance Team' to demonstrate for everyone, which opens the team's eyes. Suddenly, the training camp buzzes with excitement, with everyone eager to try. However, training for street dance does not go smoothly, and the members find that 'Firepower Dance' is not as easy to practice as they thought. Some want to quit, some want to take shortcuts, yet under the insistence of Roland and Yang Fan, the team members, after facing several dilemmas, solidify their confidence in Firepower Dance. During this time, many misunderstandings, conflicts, and stories arise regarding the election of a team leader, forming teams, and rehearsing the dance... For the sake of Firepower Dance, conflicts arise between Yang Fan and Yao Jie; just as they prepare for the final showdown, the iron-fisted coach Yang Zhenjun is suddenly reported by the cousin of player Mao Jun, leading him to be entangled in a years-old traffic accident, resulting in his dismissal from the association, reshuffling all character relationships... As the date of the final showdown approaches, the team members face gladiatorial-style ruthless eliminations. Competition and friendship, honor and emotion, dreams and reality, facts and truth will all confront choices, with each individual teetering on the edge of a test of will and spirit, and an exciting 'Firepower Dance' yo-yo showcase is about to commence...
