In the near future, Earth has become desolate and dangerous. A mysterious creature has taken over the planet, forcing humanity to seek refuge in the Sky Ark, an artificial city in the sky. As the population grows, space becomes increasingly scarce. Only the rich and powerful can remain in the Sky Ark, while the poor and orphans are exiled to Earth.
