A man (played by Jin'ya Tsukamoto) wakes up from a coma and suddenly finds himself in a dimly lit room resembling a labyrinth (a basement), completely clueless about everything regarding himself, with no memory. Is this a hallucination or a nightmare? However, the wound on his abdomen is distinctly clear and painful. He tries to move his body in the cramped space, cautiously searching for an exit, during which he witnesses a hellish scene of dismemberment. Finally, he encounters a woman (played by Kaho Fujii) who is also injured in the abdomen. They ponder the reasons for their captivity and still have no clues, yet gradually get closer to the truth. The woman is determined to find an exit and leave this hellish place.
