Tim (played by Paul Walker) was supposed to spend the rest of his life in prison, but a message brings him hope for the future. The FBI wants him to carry out a special mission, and upon its successful completion, he will gain the freedom he has always desired. In the mission, Tim must disguise himself as the notorious drug dealer Bobby and travel to Mexico to complete a dangerous deal.
