A story about the growth and love of two protagonists who, after the promising potential of their careers meets a bottleneck, resign and live in a rooftop house. Park Shin-hye plays the female lead "Nam Hee-na," a resigned doctor, while Park Hyung-sik plays the male lead "Jung Woo-ik," a plastic surgeon whose career takes a downturn due to a medical accident.
