A medical doctor is killed by a transparent man at a party. Agent Turner (played by Peter Facinelli) and Lisa are investigating the scene when they are informed that the case has been taken over by the Department of Defense, while their task is to protect biologist Dalton (played by Laura Regan). On the other hand, before killing the medical doctor, the transparent man learns that the buffer drugs that improve his condition can only be provided by Dalton... On the night Turner and Lisa are protecting Dalton, they are attacked by the transparent man, leading to Lisa's death. It is only when Turner finds himself surrounded by military forces that he realizes both Dalton and himself are merely bait used by the military to trap the transparent man. In anger, Turner escapes military control with Dalton and demands that she reveal the truth behind the intricate connections between the transparent man and the military. At the same time, the military identifies Turner as a target for capture, sparking a conspiracy and chase involving the military, the transparent man, and Turner.
