Akari Kashiwagi (played by Yui Aragaki) is a very cheerful girl who, after a terrible traffic accident, lost her parents. Although she managed to survive, she lost most of her sight. In fact, Akari has been living in deep guilt, blaming herself for her parents' deaths, but she still tries her best to show an optimistic side, always bringing positive energy to those around her.
