This drama is adapted from Natsuo Kirino's novel of the same name and tells the story of dispatch employee Riki, who is troubled by a colleague's invitation to "donate eggs" for money. During her interview at the Japanese branch of an American reproductive medical agency, she learns that it's not about "donating eggs," but rather "surrogacy."
