Zheng Ru (played by Zhang Yan), Kang Shengbang (played by Yu Yang), and others studied psychology in college. After graduation, they teamed up to establish the "Biemengyuan" psychological clinic. Shortly after opening, Zheng Ru, a PhD who studied abroad, encountered a series of challenging patients, both male and female, with varying educational backgrounds and experiences. Some want to escape or hide something, others are dissatisfied with the results of psychological counseling which leads to conflict, and some even seek revenge.
