Lin Decheng (played by Jin Ang Ge), the president of Xiande Group, is critically ill and has little time left. His only wish before passing is to meet his first love, who is far away in Taiwan, and their illegitimate daughter, Lin Xiaofan. His wife, Qin Shuzhen (played by Zhu Yin), discovers this long-buried secret and is overwhelmed with grief and anger, causing chaos within the Lin family.
