The story takes place in a quaint and picturesque small town, where a giant black disc appearing in the sky once caused widespread panic among the townspeople. However, aside from that event, life resumed its normal course, and over time, people gradually became accustomed to living under the shadow of the disc. Nonomiya Nono (voiced by Chika Anzai) returns to her hometown, Disc Street, with her father, where she reunites with her former playmates. Among them are the reclusive and taciturn Utagawa Shion (voiced by Mikako Komatsu), the lively and cheerful shopkeeper Shiihara Koharu (voiced by Haruka Kamimura), the discontented Mizusaka Yuki (voiced by Ai Kayano) who is strongly opposed to the disc, and her brother Mizusaka Souta (voiced by Kaito Ishikawa). As lost memories resurface and goodbye friends gather again, the gears of fate begin to turn.
