The story takes place in a future world where a life form called "HUGE" has suddenly appeared, bringing humanity to the brink of extinction. At this critical moment, countries around the world united to invent weapons capable of combating HUGE, and the girls who wield these weapons are referred to as Lilies. Soon, specialized schools known as "Garden" were established worldwide to train Lilies, each with its own name and characteristics. Our protagonist, Riri Ichinose (voiced by Akai Oko), attends the Lily Valley Girls' Academy. There, she meets her comrades: the cold and uniquely individual Yume Shirai (voiced by Natsugi Yuko), the wealthy young lady Nueru (voiced by Iizawa Mikakko), and the highly intelligent and knowledgeable Futagawa Futami (voiced by Nishimoto Satomi). Together, they fight against the formidable enemy.
