Netflix will release a brand new Godzilla animated series titled "Godzilla: Singular Point" next year. The storyline and characters are original and unrelated to previous Godzilla series. The director is Atsushi Takahashi, who previously directed "Doraemon: Nobita's Great Adventure in Antarctica." He will be collaborating with BONES (known for "Fullmetal Alchemist" and "Symphonic Century") and Orange (known for "Land of the Lustrous") to produce this series, which will combine CGI and hand-drawn styles. Senior Ghibli animator Eiichi Yamamoto will be responsible for designing the monsters in this series.
