Since his sister inexplicably committed suicide, Satsuki Kuu (voiced by Daisuke Ono) has completely closed off his heart after losing all his family. Although he has the care and support of his childhood friend Yuka Minase (voiced by Mai Goto) and his foster parents, Kuu's life can no longer return to the simplicity and happiness of the past. By chance, Kuu and Yuka are transported to a different world with a red moon in the sky, where they become targets hunted by terrifying monsters.
