"Night Wizard" is a Table-talk role-playing game published by Enterbrain in 2002, created by Takeshi Kikuchi of F.E.A.R. The second edition rulebook was released in October 2007. The story takes place in modern society, depicting the activities of magicians who secretly protect the world. It is a Low Fantasy work with a light novel style. The world's atmosphere is heavily influenced by Alice Soft's game "Yoru ga Kuru!" Magical brooms like Gunner's Broom and Witch Blade have become iconic items of this work. The game gradually gained popularity through the serialization of official Replays in unrelated magazines and announcements by voice actors on Net Radio. Its derivative works include an adult game of the same name for PC, as well as an AVG game scheduled for release on PS2 in 2008.
