Haruka Sora (voiced by Takuto Yoshinaga) is an ordinary boy, whose personality and appearance can be described as "unremarkable." His life is as plain and uneventful as his character. One day, Haruka meets a boy his age named Kazama Jin (voiced by Yoshitsugu Matsuoka), and this unexpected encounter completely changes Haruka's fate. Under Kazama's guidance, Haruka starts getting involved in five-a-side football matches and enrolls in the prestigious football school Seiki High, joining the school’s football team. Although Haruka has no experience in this passionate sport, he soon showcases his invaluable quality of never giving up amidst fierce competition. The clumsy goalkeeper Mizuki Toshito (voiced by Daisuke Namikawa), the taciturn Kunisuke Atsushi (voiced by Daisuke Ono), and the carefree Ohshiba Kiichi (voiced by Mamoru Miyano) trust him, and together with the team, Haruka challenges their opponents.
