Wakaba Koisaki (voiced by Aria Ozawa) is a wealthy young lady born with a silver spoon in her mouth, living a life of luxury and privilege since her birth. She was supposed to attend the prestigious Suiren Girl's Academy with many other girls from affluent families, but her poor academic performance led her to enroll in an ordinary girls' high school. Thus, completely naive and with endless fantasies about becoming a "gyaru," Wakaba becomes an ordinary high school girl. In her new school, she quickly befriends three classmates: the innocent and naive Moe Shitoda (voiced by Mikako Izawa), the cool girl Mana Kurokawa (voiced by Mao Ichimichi) who always acts according to her own ideas, and the athletic girl Nao Mase (voiced by Rie Murakawa) who is completely absorbed in the world of fujoshi.
