Yuuma Narukami (voiced by Hiro Shimono) never imagined before the car accident that the world he lived in was completely different from what he had previously seen. After surviving the accident, he discovers that the people he encounters on the road are no longer in their original forms, but rather a group of animals, which surprises him greatly. What troubles him even more is that he suddenly becomes a sought-after individual, pursued by both men and women, with the most aggressive being Kunihito Banme (voiced by Yoshihisa Kawahara). From Kunihito, Yuuma learns that humans are divided into ape-men and spotted men, and the animals he sees are their original forms.
