In this world, where there is a Front, there is also a Reverse. Since ancient times, 72% of all causes of death in London have been related to an invisible entity known as the "dragon." However, there are also people who encounter dragons in hidden places. Only those who live in Reverse London, the "backside" of Front London, can see the existence of dragons. Among them, the chosen individuals become Witches and Wizards, qualified to have direct contact with dragons. The protagonists are the witch duo, Noel Kogarashi and Nini Spankel, who serve as protectors for the natural dragon management agency "Wing Bind" (commonly known as WB). Their mission is to protect and manage the dragons residing in London on behalf of those who cannot interact with them.
