Today, Sakanai Hidaka (voiced by Shin'ichirou Takahashi) returned to the small town where he once lived, ready to start a new life in a place filled with happy memories. However, today's Hidaka is no longer the same; the days of suffering from bullying have completely changed his innocent personality, leaving him with an indelible scar that will accompany him for the rest of his life. In the town, Hidaka encounters his first love, Nanaka Yayo (voiced by Ami Koshimizu), who was once lively and cute but has now become a taciturn, cold, and tsundere girl. What exactly happened over the years to cause such a drastic change? With the company of his playful friend Shuuji Wakatsuki (voiced by Takehito Koyasu), Hidaka begins to rediscover the joyful times of the past, but an underlying unease silently brews within him. Hidaka knows that a storm of memories is about to strike.
