The story takes place in the Edo period ruled by the Tokugawa shogunate, where breast size becomes the standard that determines everything; those with large breasts become kings, while those with small breasts are cast down. Therefore, the Magical Breast clan, which possesses a secret scroll that can enlarge breasts, truly holds the power of life and death. The clan elder, Magical Breast Chisa (voiced by Onodera Atsushi), is renowned for his exceptional swordsmanship. As the youngest daughter of the Magical Breast family, Chisa (voiced by Sunaka Minako) has long felt unfair about the tragic fate of the women in her family and has vowed to not be controlled by her family's destiny. The ancestral secret scroll of the Magical Breast family is stolen, and the thief is none other than the heir, Chisa herself. This act stirs a great uproar, as Chisa helps many women using the secret scroll while also facing ninja assassins who harbor ulterior motives. Meanwhile, the Magical Breast clan has set a trap to capture this traitor.
