Maritime Self-Defense Force Second Lieutenant Takafumi Arimune (Kenya Oozumi), who is investigating an unidentified flying object that fell into the Pacific Ocean, encounters a sudden blue light. At this moment, humanity faces its greatest crisis, as THE ONE, having absorbed various organisms and mutated, reappears on the streets of Shinjuku, unleashing a devastating fireball that incinerates the streets. The personality of Maki has been replaced by THE ONE and he has become incapable of returning to human form. However, driven by memories of his former fiancé, Sara Mizuhara, and a promise to his son, Maki transforms once more to protect his beloved family. This new form evolves into a 40-meter giant, with blood-like red at the joints and elbow blades protruding. Now, a decisive battle between ULTRAMAN and THE ONE ignites in the Shinjuku sub-center!
