Narumi Yukiki appears to be an ordinary student on the surface, but in reality, he is the original manga author of a serialized work published in a manga weekly. By chance, Yukiki's true identity is discovered by the student council president, Kaori Shikoinji (voiced by Sakurano Akira). In exchange for keeping his secret, Yukiki joins the student council, which consists entirely of female members. Around Yukiki in the student council are these uniquely characterized adorable girls: the vice president Sakuragi (voiced by Sakuragi Aine), who excels academically but always loses to Yukiki in Japanese; Narumi Usagi (voiced by Komatsu Yasu), who has a high IQ but does nothing because she doesn't want to deal with trouble; and Miyase Miku (voiced by Shirasaki Aoi), who has a cute appearance and a silly personality.
