The story takes place in the 30th year of the Taisho era. The leader of the Imperial Assault Team's Flower Division, Seijuro Kamiyama (voiced by Yohei Azakami), goes on an overseas business trip, with Sakura Amamiya (voiced by Ayane Sakura) serving as acting captain. However, Kamiyama unexpectedly returns to the team before his term is over, bringing with him a mysterious girl named Clara (voiced by Saori Hayami). Clara belongs to the Moscow Assault Team, and her group was completely wiped out in an accident, making her the only survivor. Alongside the bold and tomboyish sorceress Hatsuho Shinonome (voiced by Maaya Uchida), the genius ninja Azami Mochizuki (voiced by Hibiku Yamamura), and the tall and dashing Palma (voiced by Ayaka Fukuhara), the members of the Flower Division work together to uncover the truth behind the destruction of the Moscow Assault Team.
