Ordinary high school student Kaori April 1st (voiced by Jun Fukuyama) has a unique physique that allows him to see and attract various ghosts. However, when he is with his classmate Shizuku Hyakume (voiced by Kazuya Nakai), he is not haunted by these spirits. By fate's pull, April 1st walks into a strange shop that can grant any wish for its customers, but the shop owner Yuko Ichihara (voiced by Sayaka Ohara) demands an equivalent price for the wish. Yuko agrees to help April 1st realize his wish to be free from ghosts, but in return, he must work in the shop. One day, a gloomy girl enters the shop and entrusts Yuko with her wish. Thus, Yuko, April 1st, and Hyakume come to a bizarre mansion where they encounter a group of strange collectors. Meanwhile, April 1st experiences various supernatural events in this grand house, as if he is immersed in an eerie dream on a midsummer night…
